| We
recently visited the home of the remarkable St Feuillien beers,
and used the opportunity to take some pictures for a short
virtual tour of this Belgian Brewery. |
|
It
is a fine red brick building still with some of the old
equipment in situ and indeed in use.

The
head brewer seen across the new steel mash tun.

|
The
ingenious mechanism in the old brew house, where the whole
process is driven from one shaft from the hopper feed into
the tun to the paddles stirring the liquid within it.

Taken
from a series of cartoons produced by the brewery these
illustrate the various steps in production of these fine
beers.
